We have a couple of potential projects of the nature below and need a rough quote for a Zoho Creator app that will do the following: A product catalog style app that can contain images of products, categories, sub categories, size, colour, weight, details etc., plus an image. It should allow the administrator to add more fields as required. Basically this part should follow any product catalog functionality on the market... "BigCommerce" from interspire.com looks great, for example. This should be maintained by the admin, so that they can add all of the product range and Units of Measure, sizes etc that are relevant to their business. Then, once the product catalog is populated it needs to be shown from a shopper perspective on the administrators website (front end). Items of interest should be able to be browsed by category (etc), searched etc, with thumbnails on the website, and chosen products should be selected by viewers and be added to a shopping cart, also part of the website. Totals should be calculated and there should be a check out process. We have no need to re-invent tried and tested product catalogs and shopping carts, so standard functionality is fine. However, the reason we are interested in Zoho Creator is that the check out process will then drop the contact info and the order to Zoho CRM as a lead, including some sort of link showing the sales manager what the lead ordered in their shopping cart. There is no need for online payment at this stage, but this might be something to do later, so maybe should be thought about in the design for phase II. The total costs of the shopping cart order should synch'd to a custom field on the lead 'Estimated Amount'. The idea is that the lead will be qualified manually by the sales person once in the CRM, therefore this is NOT a pure e-commerce app - it will require typical B2B follow up by sales. But the product related information need to be synchd from Zoho Creator to Zoho CRM so the sales person knows what products the lead is interested in. From there it will be converted to an account, contact and potential. The prospect's order from the shopping cart should be editable by the sales agent, either from Zoho CRM or Zoho Creator (I am not sure what can be done? Recommendations welcomes.) We are interested in a module that will export a quote from the Creator app, using the order from the Shopping Cart, that puts a thumbnail of the product on the line item, as well as the standard cost and description. The rest of the Quote can look like as the standard of Zoho CRM quotation. But it would need to pull in the Account details and show the selling company details of course. Admin should be able to edit the quote template - it needs to be generic so that it can be used by any business. This would need to be developed as a custom app, that can be re-used for various verticals, therefore the building of the product catalog must be really generic, and allow admins to add whatever categories, sizes, measurements as required. We would need complete ownership of the app, and it needs to be designed in such a way that we can plug this into various instances of Zoho CRM for various business who have been requesting this functionality. I do hope this is possible. Therefore we will also require step by step instructions on how this is done so that we can do it after the first instance. A detailed list of design requirements can be supplied but for now I am after an approximate ball park figure only, to have this developed and then we will confirm next steps.
