Hi,

I am experiencing an issue where we have added products manually and assigned the product codes from 2964 through to 2995. Then we added products via CSV and again assigned them product codes starting from 2996 through to 3150.

The problem is when on the product view page, the manually added products show above the CSV uploaded products despite their product codes being lower sequentially. Has anyone encountered this? Do manual product uploads take precedent over CSV uploads? Or is there other info that it is considering even when sorting the product code column by number?
