Product Description in Quotes

The Quotes Tab currently does not "Auto Populate" the product's description information as entered in the products configuration.

This issue should be rectified immediately as we continue to copy and paste each and every description manually.

The requirement is to:

- Auto Populate (by default) the product description as found product configuration.
