So any idea's on what I am missing here, statement of need:

Within an opportunity to add multiple products (from the product module) and provide a quantity so we can cross reference products and qty's as an order becomes more mature, to aid factory forecasts.

Methods attempted:

1. Related product list, this only allows us to place one product at a time into an opp and does not allow qty's to be added, as its one by one, its very slow (especially as we have 2-3000+ SKUs).  It can also only be done once an opp is created.
   
2. Tried to add a Product Multi select lookup however product does not show up in the list of module possible to reference:
   

1. Created a subform, into which we can lookup the product one by one and add a QTY, however this does not then link to the product module and we are unable to create any reports from the data in the subform table.
