I need to customize the product list to be in a specific order when a Product is added to a lead. At present, the list shows all products but this is not optimal for the sales team. I need the order of entries from the Product pick list to be in a specific order for all users.

When I select the Add Products to Lead, then the order is always the same. Older, lesser used products are showing up near the top. This is not optimal. 

How do I set the order in which products show up in the Add Products to Lead section?
