I have bought my first subscription on Zoho and I am having a good experience so far. I have some general queries. 

Does Zoho share the product road map (at least on a superficial level like some of the competing products do)? 

Also, what will be the release/update cylce of Zoho Books and through which channels will those updates be announced?

Since the most important data of the users organisation (accounting) is handled my Zoho, sharing these details would be beneficial in our own IT planning. 

Though I strongly believe cloud is the future, it would be better for us know the vulnerabilities and best practices (as the recent Amazon failure shows). Kindly share the availability terms of Zoho and best practices for backing up the data.
