Probably there is an error while defining the stock-ordered quantity for a product according to the status of the order.
The quantities are updated only when the order is inserted (i.e. if I place an order for 8 pieces of a product I correctly found that the "Qty Ordered" is increased by 8 pieces).
If i change the status of the order to "cancelled" or "delivered" the 8 pieces remain in "Qty Ordered".
If I directly place an order as "delivered" the "Qty in stock" is increased of the number of pieces inserted in the order.
The correct functionality would update the Stock information according to the different status of the order; the better thing could be having a "radio button" in "Status" field in the order that can be checked to update the stock information.
