Product (sub-)categories and analysis over selections of those (sub-)categories
Hello everybody,
I have been testing Zoho for the past days and I have the following question. My company is thinking about moving from another CRM platform to Zoho. One function it absolutely has to be able to perform is the analysis of sales( and also very important, customers who haven't had a certain order(again, selecting over various sub-categories of product categories) over a certain time span) and give us the data out in e.g. a weekly report.
We would also like to be able to do a general product basket analysis.
Therefore my general question is: Is there a possibility to create multiple levels of product categories and most importantly, do a various selection over the sub-categories so we can analyse its sales within a certain time span?
