Product workflow not linking to specific account name

Hi guys,

I have two questions that I really need help with - I have created numerous workflows for my various product suite, but when a client signs with us, the dates are always random, depending on when the agreement is signed. So the end date cannot be specific - what do I do in this scenario?

Also, the bigger question is, now that I have created the workflow for my product, it is not associating automatically to a client. So I want to create a renewal call, on a specific product to a specific client - but I dont know how to do this. Is it possible???
