We need to set in motion actions based on a Contact purchasing Products.  Each product will have a 'Service Days' Field.

We want actions to be performed on Product purchase:

1. Customer is subscribed to Email Distribution Group for Product concerned.

2. Email or SMS Follow-up actions set for periods after initial Purchase - eg; 7 days - 21 days, 180 days.

2. Customer to receive reminder email/sms or phone call task created  for Product renewal in Purchase Date + 'Services Days'. eg;  Purchase Date +360 days triggers automated workflow.

Can someone advise if this is possible in Zoho ??
