we are new user for Zoho CRM, and having over 10,000 products price list to import from different sheets where we receive frequently from different vendors.

the standard identification for any item or product is "Item Code". and that is simply an international standard for any type of item from different industries.

Zoho CRM recognize the products by "Product Name" and Overwrite the old ones imported earlier when we get new price list updates from vendors. BUT this is simply dont work as there are 100's of different Products sharing the same Name! but they are vary by Product Code.

example we have HD Camcorder (Name) from SONY & Panasonic. and there are over 150 Products having all named "HD Camcorder" but they are totally different Products and have different codes and prices. so we simply CANNOT import any new price list because of this issue.

I really wonder how Zoho CRM was considering the "Product Name" as the identifying factor! even if anyone who is shopping at the supermarket would simply know that there are 100's of different items on the supermarket shelves having the same names.

we as a company are stocked now and hold using the system (While we have paid for full year). and need an urgent solution letting us Importing the Products with Overwrite based on "Product Code" only.
