Products page

I tried to alphabetize our accounts on the products page and in 10 seconds the
notice that the session has timed out appeared and a new home page overlay
appeared over the original. Now it is impossible to open the products page. I was
able to open it under another view, but that froze up later as well. How do we
unfreeze the products page? All of the other pages are fine.
