Products related to Vendors-Products related to Accounts

I have Zoho Enterpise, i am new,and wonder how to add (better import) many many products to each of the

Vendors Modue. I have csv file (40.000) with Accounts/VendorName and the products they supply.

A-Company Apples

A-Company Pears

A-Company Apricots etc etc.

B-Company Cherises

B-Company Apples

C-Company Pears etc.

so I need in a (related Module) of Account the related Products for Each company.

Similar,the other way around:

in Products Module

the products of each company, so three above of A-Company., and two products for B-Company etc etc.

I have already a Vendors list of all Vendors.

I have a list of all Products related to an Account name.

It should be like in Accounts Import with AccountName and the import file also contains the Contacts Name and upon

importing I get the Account Name with all the Contacts of that Company.

Thanks for any help, maybe an addon somewhere for this??
