Moderation Update:
The original post discusses the need for a separate module to handle the Services within the CRM. We have already introduced a native setup for the services industries by including the “Services and Appointments” module in CRM. You no longer have to customise the Product module to use it as a service.
With the new “Services and Appointments” module, a service-based business can set up its complete business process in our CRM, from setting up service availability to scheduling appointments for the services.
