I'm a brand new user and I have a basic question with profiles. 

I've got 2 users in my CRM : admin and standard.

How can you make the standard user view the admin accounts, without being able to edit them ?

If I tick "read only" in the permissions, my standard user cannot see the admin accounts. If I don't tick it, the standard user is able to edit them !
