Profile name incorrect in outgoing mail

Profile name incorrect in outgoing mail

I have set up my personal information in the "General" tab (under "Settings") to show my name, Elise Winters. 

However, in the drop-down box ("Compose"), it shows my name as "keeli.elise," and when I send mail, the sender name also shows up as "keeli.elise."

I only have one user -- myself -- and the email address I'm using is associated with my domain name; that connection is verified and working correctly.  This email is also set up as my primary email.

Despite much searching, I cannot locate anywhere to change my profile name to the correct name, besides the obvious place, under "Settings." Would greatly appreciate a hand with this!!
