The columns on the right side of the details page can normally be read in normal zoom levels (100% zoom) because they are way too wide but when you select any picklist item on the right column the window scrolls itself to the right and there isn't a way to get it back to the left except refreshing the page. The left keyboard arrow also doesn't function for scrolling. There isn't a horizontal scroll bar under the pane.

On my 2k resolution monitor I have to zoom back to 80% to fit the whole details pane into the frame to not experience this problem.

The columns should be resized based on the zoom level and you should add a horizontal scroll bar in case they start to overflow off-screen.
