Has anyone configured Zoho Projects to manage project intake requests?  This would include such things as fielding and acknowledging the initial request for a new project, assessment of the project, prioritization of the project, and approval/deferral/rejection...  I know Zoho isn't a Project Portfolio manager, but I'm curious if anyone's devised a way of managing the 'incoming' with the tool.  We're currently managing this in Excel manually and its very tedious and siloed.
