Project Notifcatiion Emails - Milestone
Hello:
I cannot get myself, or most importantly my portal client user to recieve an email upon completion of a milestone.
- I have set up our 1st project.
- I have set up a test client user. (accepted the invitation and is listed in the system as a client user with access to the project.
- All Milestones are "external"
- In Portal Settings -> Email notifications -> Milestone I have turned "Completed/Reopened" on.
In the project I "closed" all of the task in the milestone, and then "completed" the milestone.
I would expected an email notification to come to me and the client user, but I cannot.
I have also logged into the "test client portal account" to see their email notification settings, which also they had "closed" turned on.
Tested a few milestones. Tried everything.... Why can I not get an email notification email to work?
