It would be useful to analyze project profitability. Besides adding an hourly rate for staff or task, I would also like to add an hourly cost for that person or task, so that I can compare time spent vs time billed and easily calculate profit margin. Expenses should also be added to that report, so that I can compare billed vs (hours*hourly cost) + expenses.
