HI We are a bit new to the platform and would like to automate our proposal creation process. The idea we want our sales rep to go from the crm from a lead to be able to create a proposal for a client based on products and services. Ideally we would like to be able to email the proposal by populating most of the details from the lead. We want the sales rep to be able to pick up products and services from our products and services we could create. pick a price on those from the price range. send a proposal through. allow the client to view the proposal, accept or reject it or ask for help. upon accepting we would like the sales team to be able to generate a contract and send it along to the client for signing off, or even better upon accepting the proposal the client gets an automated contract based on the proposal sent off for signing off. once signed off we want it to reflect on their profile and them being converted from a lead to a client status on the CRM. we also would like to get analytics like the client viewing the proposal or knowing what stage did they stop on it. 

Could someone suggest what zoho products can we use to achieve the above scenario and a pointer in the right direction to achieve it.
