Hi, 

I will like to know if i can change the user privileges that are assigned de facto to the roles that Zoho Projects has for employee or customers. 

In particular, Can a user as Manager, use a feature of Zoho Projects to determine that an employee/contractor cannot DELETE tasks or milestones?

I tried to change this user from being a employee/conctractor to customer, but then, with this privilege the user could not see the Tasks and Milestones of the project.
