Clients cannot respond to forum posts via their email notifiocation.

 

When they reply email they get this bounce message from zoho:

We are unable to post reply to this forum.

WHY DID THIS HAPPEN?
We suspect the below reasons to be the cause of failure :

1. You might have mis-spelt the email address.
2. You might have added the email address in CC or BCC.
--end copy--

 

Neither of these reasons are thereason, we have checked.

 

Any ideas? Other then this, we are ready to use zoho for our organization. Awesome setup. Well done. We have been using basecamp and this is basecamp plus extra features plus email plus plus plus
