Promblem with Outlook Express Set up my zoho mail

I have windows Xp and outlook express Im getting two error messages what are the fixes
 

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'dlindsay@zoho.com Mail Account', Server: 'pop.zoho.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 465, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

 

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.zoho.com', Server: 'pop.zoho.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10013, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
 
 
also have i done somthing wrong to this previous if I go through control panel and set the mail account up ,there is a second set up in outlook express ?
