Proper Process using the CRM for Targeted Companies
Suggestions requested.
Here's what I'm unclear on...
We have a list of companies we're looking to approach on deals with our solutions. Currently we already have a list of local companies but we don't necessarily have contacts or leads at said companies.
For example, ABC Company we plan to approach. Until we have a more concrete set of data such as name, phone, email of an individual, where do we store the data for the company?
Is this still considered an "Account" even though we haven't even engaged?
Or, is there a better way?
