I've come from a Xero/Quotientapp world where creating quotes/proposals was really straight forward. I was under the impression that I would be better served with Zoho One to do the same job, but I'm finding the quoting system quite limited as it allows you to create a quote with price items and that it is.

100% of my customers require a proposal with costs, which Quotientapp used to do very well, and I'm missing those features massively now.

I'm feeling a bit downgraded in this area since I moved to Zoho One, having to create documents manually to send proposals is a time consuming thing. It should be all templated, just like in Quotientapp, I could clone a proposal/quote in a couple of minutes, customise, change images and then send over the several prospects. I'm now feeling I would need to spend a ton ot time to achieve the same thing.
