Provide potential customers/leads opportunity to fill in all contact-info directly into my CRM?

I have several eager potential clients wanting to register for an upcoming course. They want to be kept updated on information. I currently ask them to provide full contact-information (by email) that I will then manually fill into my CRM system. There must be an easier way!

Is there a form or some kind of link/portal through ZOHO-CRM I could send these potential clients in which they could fill in all the information themselves directly (and as I have tailered it for this upcoming course) into my CRM system? (I have a ZOHO-One account, so I have access to all the apps and modules that could possibly be used for this.)


N.B. I have not been able to set up the incoming/outgoing email for this domain-related email address in ZOHO, so the emails with the contact-info are still coming in via another email client.
