Provisioning App LDAP not authenticating

Provisioning App LDAP not authenticating

Scratching my head as I'm trying to setup Provisioning App for LDAP integration with our Zoho Connect product.

The error I get is unknown username or bad password. I have another LDAP integrator (Google) running on the same box with the same credentials and it tests successfully.

Info I'm inputting into ProvisionApp:

Server: ldap://ipaddressofldapserver:389/
Use SSL is false
Base DN: DC=MYADDOMAIN,DC=com
Scope is Sub tree
Username I've tried both just the UserID and UserID@MYADDOMAIN.com
Password is correct for the user

I can launch LDP.exe on the ldap server and authenticate successfully with the credentials I am attempting to use for setup. I can also use this same information to connect my Google products successfully via LDAP.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
