PST Migration trouble - ZOHO Support sta

We started the Migration several nights ago.  We immediately had problems and after multiple calls and e-mails to the Zoho support team... we have still had NO RESPONSE.  I am becoming very disenfranchised with the Zoho support team and there response time!

We started the Migration several nights ago.  It went through the "first round" just fine. But when it tries the 2nd step ("Uploading Mails"), it sits at 0% for a VERY long time, eventually gets to about 4% and then displays a message that it is complete but it failed. When we look at why it failed, it says that it timed out. I have emailed the log files (and attached them here) and screenshots but I'm not getting a response from Support. Please help us complete this migration process as soon as possible as we're not on-hold with being able to use our email. Our Windows 8 OS is 64-bit but our Outlook 2010 is 32-bit, so we used the 32-bit migration tool.
