Public Forms

I have embedded my form into a website for public access to gather data. However, when I log out of zoho.com the form disappears and a log-in window takes its place. How do I set my form to public so that it stays public all the time and is not linked to my zoho login status?

I set this up for a friend under my personal email and would like to do the same for work under a second account I created for gathering conference registration data but if the form can't remain public it is useless for web use.
