Published dependent fields not working

Published dependent fields not working

I have the following problem:

i created 3 fields: L1, L2 and L3
i created dependencies between the 3 fields
When i create a new case WITHIN ZCRM, L1 and L2 dependencies work as promised
L2 and L3 dependencies dont work all that well

I then published the form in my web page including L1, L2 and L3 fields
When enetering a new case, the dependencies are broken
