Pulling Data from FlexMLS.com into ZohoCRM

The local Multiple Listing Service (MLS), found atwww.FlexMLS.com, contains all real estate listings in our area.  We use ZohoCRM to market to expiring listings.

We'd like to pull live data from FlexMLS.com into ZohoCRM automatically.  What is the cleanest and least expensive way to do this?  Should I be hiring an API programmer? Also do you have any templates already out there that can adapted rather than recreated from scratch?
