Pulling data from other forms into current form

Hi all, great program!

I am new at Zoho and scripting (i do understand the process, but limited knowledge of script language)
i would like to pull data from another form in to a current form. i am making a job list data base.
i have form called "add company" that collects customer company names and i assign a "company code" to them.
i want to build a form for adding jobs that automatically adds the "company code" after the "company name" is selected in the form.
The process as follows i would like to achieve:
1.open "add job form"
2. add a job number - manual entry (*i would like this to be automatic if someone can help with this too Eg: start value = 100000, next job automatically goes to 100001, 100002, 100003 etc - can this be done?)
3. select (existing) "company" (from a list created by another form called "add company") - manual entry
4. company code id - automatically added, based on which "company" is selected
