Pulling information from Zoho Creator

Hi,
I am creating a database for customer information:
I need to pull the following information EASILY:
1. Birthdays (for birthday promotions)
2. Services they receive. Currently I have services in Checkbox - but maybe that is not the best way to use it.

I need help guys!!!
