We currently process orders directly through our website (woocommerce) as well as through manual sales orders in zoho books. When an order comes through the website, all of the individual products from that order show up in the CRM record of that customer. (I don't actually know if that is a custom scrip that pulls the products and puts them there). This generally works for us. 

However, if we manually input a SO in Zoho books, that SO shows up in the zoho finance module within the CRM record, but the individual products from that SO are buried within the Sales Order. This essentially makes it impossible to see all of the products that have been purchased by a specific customer within that Customer CRM record. All of the information is just buried within multiple PDFs. How do I get PRODUCTS that have been purchased within zoho books to show up in the CRM record of the customer?
