We are evaluating Zoho CRM and I have a couple questions.

- What is the easiest way to bring in our customer purchase history? Right now I have a spreadsheet with all our past sales. I want each customer to show up as a contact (which I relabeled 'customer'), and when I click on the contact I should see the products they've purchased.

- How can I link our e-commerce (which I am developing right now) in with Zoho? I would like online purchases, somehow, to show up in Zoho under the customers who have made the purchases.
