Push a note from ServiceM8 to Zoho CRM using Zoho Flow
Hi Team,
I really need your help.
We book jobs on ServiceM8 for customers and these customers have contacts (records) in Zoho CRM.
When a job is booked on ServiceM8, we want to trigger Zoho Flow to push the notes entered on ServiceM8 and be added into the customer's record in Zoho CRM.
However, I've been playing around with Zoho Flow using the "App >> Job created or updated" trigger. But, I don't see any of ServiceM8's parameters or details available that could be mapped to customer's record in Zoho CRM. Even the email address is not on the list of ServiceM8.
Entity ID is what it seems the best identifier for customer record. Below is the sample screenshot I have:
