Hi guys, I'm using a BlackBerry Z10 on Vodafone (OS 10.1.0.2312). I configured my Zoho account without any issues but my device is not getting e-mails unless I specifically tell it to refresh the inbox. No problems sending e-mails. The autoconfiguration process uses msync.zoho.com.
If I use IMAP e-mail works but 1) I lose my calendar sync and 2) it drains my battery FAST.
Any reports on this or suggestions?
