Push Email doesn't work anymore for free users?

Push Email doesn't work anymore for free users?

As far as I am concerned, push email stopped working yesterday at about 8:00 p.m. CEST. My mail app (on android) says, that the connection to the server could not be opened.
Is this some kind of error on the server side?
