I am using an iPhone 8, software version 11.4.1, I have installed the application of Zoho CRM version 3.3.21, but the Push Notifications are not working, I don’t receive any display message when a task need attention (Call, etc).
In the Configuration of the Zoho CRM App, in Privacy and Security the Notification Push have a message that say: “retry”.
Could you let me know how I can fix this situation and receive the notifications?.
