'Push to CRM' is 'ignored' on Campaigns
I am at the end of the workflow on Campaigns and trying to push the data (contact score, custom fields etc) into CRM. However my final 'push to CRM' function is ignored, not only for one contact, but others too when I have attempted the same thing a while ago.
While we are on this topic, I am looking for a solution to integrate 'Contact Score' and 'Tags' from Campaigns to CRM. At the moment I am only mapping 'Contact Score' to CRM's custom field, and there is no way to push Campaign's Tags to CRM unless custom fields on both platforms are used. It is very tedious and it doesn't make sense to me that Zoho doesn't support this feature when they allow the 'push to CRM' function on Campaigns. And now I am encountering this problem. Please advise me on how to resolve this issue, or if there is a more efficient way to integrate data from Campaigns to CRM, thanks.
