Push to dial functionality

Good morning! I am a new administrator to Zoho and I have a question regarding the push to dial functionality. It seems to only allow Skype calls. Is there a way to change this to google voice or another VOIP? Also, I can't get the skype function to work either. Any tips or is anyone else having this issue as well?
