I'm trying to figure out a way to have the call description on the phonebridge screen pop be synced or create a note on the respective module lead/contact notes or at the very least shown in the timeline.
I was able to do this on Bigin with Zoho Flow but there doesn't seem to be a trigger for "Call Updated" in CRM like Bigin has on Flow. As of now it just says "Updated Call Description" in the timeline but I'd like the actual inputted data from the description to show as well as show in the notes for the lead, contact or deal.
