QC check between 2 tables using zoho projects

I have built a Zoho Creator App where users input a unique case number that triggers a 3rd party API call that pulls corresponding data that is used during Appraisal Review Board hearings.  Once they determine a ruling on the hearing, the submit this form, and our appraisers input this data into Orion.  Basically what I'd like to do is check the data input in Orion versus the data I have in the Creator app records for the purpose of quality control and in order to automate an email depending on where the data is inconsistent.  Would Zoho Projects be a good option for this?
