Hi all,  we are using Zoho one, and we are hoping to achieve the following:

Each product we manufacture will need to have a QR code printed and attached to it.  Each QR code should identify tags which we have in our Zoho CRM DEAL module for that particular deal.  So for example, a trade customer purchases one of our products for a new home that they build.  Then they sell the newly built home to their customer. 

Their customer inherits our product and subsequent warranty policy for our product. However, the warranty policy requires the product to be serviced regularly for normal operation etc.  We would like our support agents who use Zoho CRM to be able to look up information of the original product based on a submission of the customer's customer using the QR code. 

How can I make the QR code, from someone who we have never spoken to (our customer's customer) and which has an address of a property we do not completely have.
