I feel one feature that can significantly enhance user-friendliness of ZC is some kind of query functionality (run-time) in the list view.

 

Presently we have the search functioanlity. But it does not support search based on boolean logic (for example status of project being "Completed"  OR "Nearing Completion", start date being BETWEEN 01-April-2008 and 31-March-2009, etc.)

 

Using custom filters do not give so much freedom to user as in the case where he/she enters criteria values to run the query.
