Query Table Deactivated

When trying to use a query table I am seeing the following error:

This query table is deactivated and cannot be saved or refreshed. Kindly Upgrade your plan to create and use more query tables

This is in a database that had been downgraded to a free account and all previous tables etc deleted. However, it appears that the references to the old query tables are still persisting.

Any help would be appreciated.
