Question about: Execute workflow only when the criteria is met for the first time.
i have created a number of rules and have been told to select
Execute workflow only when the criteria is met for the first time .
my problem is this, i use them to notify the other users on my account of certain accounts for various fields/reasons. i am thinking further down the line - years specifically if these accounts that have had this trigger once already, will not be able to trigger again if there is a match.
Does Zoho remember each trigger?
I did use to have it on
Execute workflow whenever the criteria is met but this generated several email template messages whenever anything on the account was edited, and this is why i was told to change it to the above.
Can someone clarify what to do in this case.
