Question about field-level security before deciding to upgrade to the Professional subscription

Hi ZOHO forums,

Just got off the phone with support and still had a question regarding the field-level security that you offer on the Professional level subscription.

Is it possible to prevent other users from seeing certain records?

Our list of contacts has many people that come from a different company (same owner for both) and I was wondering if there is a way to prevent our future sales team from seeing those specific contacts. I understand that you can keep fields blocked from them, however I just wanted to know if you could also prevent them from even knowing the contact name/record even exists within the database.
