Question about Google Apps with Zoho?

Question about Google Apps with Zoho?

I haven't tried this yet but I know you can send mail from Zoho with Google apps but can you receive it?  I know it talks about using POP3 settings in zoho but that concerns me since I wouldn't want email going to just Zoho CRM, I'd prefer it going to standard gmail as well as Zoho.  Just wondering if for example there's a way to do it like Microsoft CRM where if you send an email from the CRM, it has a # in the subject so if someone replies it auto links it to that account or opportunity?
